It is also home to Paro Airport, Bhutan's sole international that receive International Flight traffic.Paro valley extends from the confluence of the Paro Chhu and the Wang Chhu rivers at Chuzom up to Mt. Jomolhari at the Tibetan border to the North. This picturesque region is one of the widest valleys in the kingdom and is covered in fertile rice fields and has a beautiful, crystalline river meandering down the valley.Paro is a town with more 155 temples and monasteries in the area, some dating as far back as the 14th century. Day 01: Arrival at Paro International Airport in Paro and Transfer to Thimphu
After arrival at Paro international airport.Our agent will meet and Greet you and help you in process of Bhutan visa formality.After the visa process is completed. Day 02: Thimphu Local Sightseeing
fter breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Thimphu, which includes the following places of interest:Folk Heritage Museum,Royal Textile Academy & Museum,Anim Dratshang (Nunnery),Trashichhodzong - seat of the Royal Government and Central Monastic Body,Handicrafts Emporium Note - On weekends, guests would also have the opportunity of visiting the weekend market, an interesting market with local items and bargain price handicraft goods. Day 03:Transfer to Paro with Sightseeing Tour

Day 04:Visit Paro Taktsang( Tiger Nest Monastery )
Located 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) to the north of Paro and hangs on a precarious cliff at 3,120 metres (10,240 ft), about 900 metres (3,000 ft) above the Paro valley, on the right side of the Paro Chu (‘chu’ Bhutanese means ”river or water”. The rock slopes are very steep and the monastery buildings are built into the rock face.The visit to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery takes a full day. On average, it takes between four and five hours to do the round trip hike, plus one more hour to tour the monastery.Plan on leaving Paro around 8 am and arriving back at your hotel around 3 pm.Overnight stay in Paro.
Day 05: Transfer from Paro to Paro International Airport, Paro
